Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Elgenaidi received her undergraduate degree in Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University Medical School in Egypt and completed her pediatric residency from the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore and psychiatry residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Washington D.C. She went back to Cairo University Hospital to complete her rotating internship.
A Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the American Medical Association, Dr. Elgenaidi joined Advocare Mainland Pediatrics in 1993. Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics for AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, she was awarded the 2008 March of Dimes Award of Excellence. Dr. Elgenaidi is married with three children.
